Resistance. Protest. Dissent.
This page marks the beginning of an evolving archival project bringing together more than 30 years of photographic observation. It introduces a body of work spanning political protest, public assembly and acts of collective resistance.
As the archive develops, photographs from different periods will be placed into dialogue to examine continuity and change in both visual culture and acts of dissent. Images will be revisited, contextualised and connected through wider analysis and research.
